Your dog need only be assessed in order to participate in our daily play groups and to be eligible for Sunday Funday activities. Assessments are not required for standard boarding.

We reserve the right to refuse service at any time. Depending on the severity, dogs displaying aggressive behaviors towards staff may not be able to board with us.

We encourage you to bring their own food, but offer dry kibble (Purina ONE Lamb and Rice formula) for $2.25/cup. You may bring any special bowls such as elevated or slow feeding bowls. Please leave glass or ceramic bowls at home, as well as any regular stainless steel bowls.

You may bring any bedding or toys that you are okay with them having while unsupervised. Feel free to bring any treats that you would like. We have a refrigerator and freezer if needed.

Yes, we can administer medication. Please provide anything you use at home to hide and give pills in (pill pockets, cheese, peanut butter, etc). Please provide instructions when checking in.

Our daycare groups are decided based on each dog's assessment. We do not necessarily separate based on size, but by play style and temperament. A dogs group requirements may change over time, as well as their eligibility for daycare.

Yes, we have a self-wash station available by appointment only. Please call us at 815-313-9477 to schedule.

Self wash costs per dog:

Up to 20 lbs - $15

20-50 lbs - $20

Over 50 lbs - $25

Shampoo, towels, blow dryer - $2 each

While we don't expect it to be pawfectly clean, please clean up what you can. A clean up fee of $8 will be added if the area is left with excess water and hair. 

We would be happy to freshen up your dog before they depart. Please let us know when scheduling so we can check our availability. If a full groom is unavailable, we may still be able to fit in a nail trim if desired.

Stays of 4 or more nights will receive a complimentary bath before going home. Other grooming services are an additional charge.

Yes. We have a standard boarding option that does not include group play. These dogs get individual time in play yards or with siblings.

Dogs over a year are required to be altered in order to participate. Our standard boarding services are available to unaltered dogs.

Yes, depending on the size of your dogs. We want to make sure they are comfortable. If dogs are required to be fed separately, there will be a special handling fee.

Dogs will go outside a minimum of 4 scheduled times daily (about every 4 hours) but if they alert us to needing to go outside, we will make arrangements to do so.
